Yes. I'm Lame. But am I Alone?

I have zero interest in seeing "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" or the new Star Wars movie. (I've only seen the first one - maybe the 2nd one, I don't remember)

I never geeked over:
Any of the LOTR
Harry Potter
Any of the Matrix
Star Trek (old or new)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer

So am I the only one?

I didn't get into LOTR or Matrix, Buffy and I'm not into Hitchhiker's Guide either. I did read all of the Harry Potter books but didn't see the movies and the only reason why I ever watched Star Trek is because my nickname was Lt. Yar in college b/c the guys said I looked like her. Plus all the hotties would watch it in the rec room in the dorms. I was into Star Wars when I was a kid and I probably will see the new one, only because I've been letting the kiddo watch the old ones and he is soooo into it. Does that mean I am semi-cool? Or at least just a cool mom works for me. ;-)

When I was younger (like 10) I loved Star Wars, but that was most likely due to my budding hormones and the general hotness I felt about Han Solo. Today, I say "Meh" about everything EXCEPT Harry Potter, and I swear there is no general hotness felt for any of the characters. I love the books, like the movies - and can't wait for the new ones to come out...I think that makes me a geek.
