I have an 8am lab appointment today.
So I set my alarm. I didn't want to get up. So I flipped on the tv. It was set to a local channel, and there was a reverend on tv.
The first words I heard this morning were:
"If you push through the pain, you will find your real power on the other side."
I can do this.
That is a quote from a triathlete. Triathletes just kick ass. Makes me wonder if participating in one is in my future. For a while, I'll just be at the finish line waiting. With the Gatorade.

sometimes TV is so smart.
my psychic would tell you -
there are no coincidences.
Triatheletes have people cheering them on throughout the race. You have many many people cheering you on. Your strength is an inspiration for all of us. When I find myself in a difficult or painful situation I think of your dynamic strength and it pulls me through. You are helping people all over this planet and you will prevail for you are one strong women with many people behind you in your push. Sending rainbows of positive thoughts your way. May God bless you in your fight. Amen.
