Just so i don't forget

Workout yesterday.

17 minutes on the bike. 10 on the treadmill. Three sets of leg extensions, lat pull down and the bench press. I also walked 1385 steps.

How did you do?

Played 23904392 games of "chick" tac toe with Zoe. Took Zoe to IHOP aka "The Pancake Store."

Took two Darvon and clocked out at 8:30 with Zoe by my side.

It was a good day.

Time to boogie.

Excellent day! I wish I could say my day included as much exercise! I meant to get a pedometer this weekend but tomorrow at lunch I will pick one up. I am interested to see how many steps I take!

Well, I walked all over the Fort Worth Zoo! That had to be a decent number of steps, right?

GO YOU!

I ran this AM 3 miles. But you gal-pal did a great
job. What you did was your own Boston Marathon.

Why is it that kids get stuck on one game and we
have to play it 5495676 x in one day?

Hi Deb
You out did me by a walking 1385 steps. I did not do any official walk, but I did help my daughter 1/2 move out of her dorm. She finishes her first year of Nuclear Medicine Technology this Thursday, so we had to move most of her belonging this weekend.
So today was a wash out for exercise ,but i got to spend the afternoon with my daughter. It is tough to let go when they are about to be 19 y/o. It has been the fastest 19 years in my entire life.
So enjoy your snuggle bug time with your Zoe.
I promise I will walk every work day for one hour during my lunch this week.
You kicked my butt this week and keep up the good work. I hope to catch up with you by next week.
Take care and good health
