Morning Came too Soon

There is nothing more nauseating that waking up to Tom Cruise talking about changing diapers.

I don't want to work out today, but I am. I feel like caca, but I'm going to do it.

Go debu_team, go!

Check in with me today.

Poo on Cruise.

I feel great. I took two walks yesterday. Mrtl's got me pumped up about the DDR again, so I'm planning a bit 'o that tonight.

Go debu_team!

Ooh, Deb. I am so with you on the Cruise crew doing the baby-babble. Blech! He's going to be on the alien watch before long and babble himself right into obscurity. Buy hey, Whacko-Jacko's place is probably up for rent or sale so maybe they'll just take it over and become reclusives. (We can only hope!)

I hope your day improves and you feel a little stronger and better soon. Maybe a little cyber hug and backrub would help...

I'm sorry you're feeling poopy today, Deb.

Feel better soon, sweetie.

I'm right with you on the Cruise thing. He is really turning into quite a wierdo!! Anyway, KUDOS to you for working so hard. I did 2 miles on the treadmill today. I'm not walking nearly as fast as I once did but it is a start. I couldn't walk yesterday because I'm in the process of packing my house for the move at the end of the month so I guess that should count for "Keep moving".

Go debu_team Go!!!!

Sorry you aren't feeling great Deb - I hope you feel better as the day goes on. I did 20 minutes on the Eliptical last night and did NOT snack in front of the TV last night after everyone was in bed. Let's see if I can resist two nights in a row . . . baby steps right?
Happy Wednesday and I hope your workout is a good one.

Hi Deb,

Just checking in...I didn't do as well as I did on Monday, but today I'll try to outdo Monday! You are my inspiration! Sorry to hear you're feeling crappy today...here's to hoping you start feeling better as the day goes on.

I liked CircusKelli's quote...AMEN!

Go Debu_Team...these sneaks were made for walking!

Have a great day,
Daria

I didn't do anything yesterday...except work, go to a meeting, pick up kid from rehearsal at 10 p.m., read and sleep...oh and wash puppies...4 of them! Gawd I hope we find homes for them soon!

I'm sorry you aren't feeling so hot today my dear. I'm thinking of you. MWAH!

When has Tom had time to change a diaper-he has been on tv so much since the baby was born.

I didn't get around to working out yesterday, so I doubled up today. Just killed 400 calories on DDR and I'm sweating like a pig.

Did y'all look at the awards available for the presidential fitness thing? Stickers! And coins! And badges! With the effort we're putting into this, you'd think we'd deserve a t-shirt, or at least a hat. Deb, we should make our own shirts. I'm sure Martha has directions to do something crafty with household items. I'll look into that. After I take a shower. Man I stink.

Go debu_team!

Two days no workout, but because I'm busy, not lazy. I promise to get back to it on Friday. Promise.

Mrtl's comment made me laugh! Deb, this magnificent effort you're putting in and on top of your own effort, you've undertaken to push a bunch of your fans toward better health, you deserve a ticker tape parade!!

I go to 'jump 'n holler' class tomorrow. It'll hurt and I'll deserve the pain. I skipped every one of my ergo exercises at my desk with the "Cancel" button today so I appreciate your prodding.

debu_team member Missy checking in.

I did 31 minutes of walk/run - 5 minute warm up, 30 secs running followed by 2 minutes walking for 7 rounds, and a 5 minute cool down.

Yay for moving our bodies.

Tom Cruise is an idiot. Run Katie Holmes Run.

I did yucky today I have to admit. I returned my pedometer yesterday when i realized that it had counted 969 steps while I rode in the car to the dog park.

Anyway I did walk 1/2 mile from my house to the bus and 1/2 mile from the bus to work and the same in reverse going home. So that is a good 2 miles of walking. That's just commuting though I need to get exercising.

Caaarap. I haven't done anything.

I cannot stand Tom Cruise. YUCK. I hope that baby shits on him.

Cruise = Nutjob
That's all there is to it.

I've been working out, too.
Haven't gotten the food part down, but that's nothing I haven't dealt with before.
It'll happen.

Sorry you feel poopy.
Hope you feel better soon.

2 hours weights, a 1/2 hour of cardio. Monday was shoulders and arms, today was chest and back, tomorrow I'll do 2 hours of legs and if they still work will hit the treadmill again. I've done my 9 hour shift each night after as well...

Hope you felt better after you worked out; sometimes it helps!

Thinking of you...
