Glad you're out there; hope you have a marvelous day and get to go outside a little - it's probably the last nice day we'll have before summer.

Be sure you watch the 2 hr finale tonight. It should be great!

Posted by: Sarcastic Journalist at May 15, 2006 10:34 PMThe reality is that the reason why Deb isn't posting is that there is a conspiracy against her orchestrated by the Catholic Church. This conspiracy is called the DEB VINCI CODE.
I would say more, but I'm afraid that a large group of ruler wielding penquins will come after me. I cannot say any more.

Hope Deb's regaining some strength and getting her spit 'n vinegar back to fight some more!

Later!
Aloha Deb,
Has the fever broke? Gosh, one of my family with not much to say. Now there's a first.
Either you cut one of your index fingers on or the penguins are holding you down on your knees to pray for salvation.
I have never been afraid of penguins though,
I am a little afraid of Ron Howard and what's the deal with his brother. I swear that guy is in every movie out there. Just goes to show you, it IS who you know.
Hope you are getting lots of lovin from those near by. You deserve to be happy.

Posted by: karen at May 16, 2006 03:45 PMYo Debufans,
Just want to give y'all a brief update whilst you are waiting for the Queen. After her Tuesday doc visit today, she got admitted to the hospital to see why she is so fatigued, unhungry and bad blood sugary.
I haven't spoken to her but I guess that this does not amuse the queen, as she is a non-fan of being in the hospital, but I guess it is for the best.
Keeping sending good thoughts and prayers. THX!
Steph
Posted by: Sis#1 at May 16, 2006 06:17 PMYo Debufans,
Just saw the Queen at the hospital. At first, they gave her the dreaded granny can room, but after much whinage on my part, they gave her a room with a real toilet. Hurray for minor victories.

Stay on target --
I'm cheering for you!
Deb, I did a bit of a workout by carrying bags of soil (10 or so) last night from our truck to the backyard. Being short is definitely an advantage as I could easily heist them up on my shoulders off the tailgate. With each step I kept thinking, "Deb's probably working a lot harder than I am and I hope she's hanging in there & getting stronger!"
Today, I'm going to lift those bags again (plus a few more) and fill my new wooden boxes and prep my raised garden, hopefully before the rain starts here.
You're in my thoughts - you can do this!
Posted by: Bren / Cody'sMom at May 17, 2006 04:52 PMUggg. Back in the hospital. Well at least you don't have to use the mini porta potty.
At least you should be getting the best care and get out soon so you heal and be back on your way to some fresh summer vegs & fruits.

The Debster is still in the hospital. Not much has changed in her status. She is still feeling exhausted and groggy and the docs are trying to figure out exactly why. She says hi to you all and that she is thinking of you, but she is just a little too tired to be computering right now.
Thanks again for the good thoughts and keep the prayers coming.

Just popping in for your daily dose of good vibes. We are all pulling for you. You are in our thoughts and prayers!
Spoke to Deb a bit ago.
She has some interest in getting on the computer today, but unfortunately we are having a few issues hooking stuff up.
The docs have been running all sorts of tests to see why Deb feels so poorly (really tired and groggy) and they are thinking it might be some sort of virus. They are culturing it to see what specific type, to figure out the best way to treat it.
Keep them prayers going and keep your bodies moving--cuz Deb wishes she could exercise.
Posted by: Sis#1 at May 21, 2006 02:50 PMThanks, Sis #1. If she's interested in getting back on the computer, this seems like a very good sign that thinks are looking up. I'm rooting for her doctors to find the reason -- with an excellent treatment -- for her down spell of recent days.
