Posted by: Maui Coosin at July 17, 2006 03:51 PMGot the terrible news from Sis#1 on Saturday. Dang it all.....course I bet there's lots of folks out there that can say that they ended their trip to Austin with a barf fest....just not for the same reason. Glad you're home. Hope they have figgered out what the whole "deal" was about....I'm praying you're out of pain!
Love the pictures of Zoe!
My little girl, L has a crush! And he has one on her....he's an older man...he's in 8th grade! I'm trying not to make too much of it but it kinda reminds me of the time when the boys' girl-buds from across the street came over. They were about this age, junior high school, and she came over asking for the boys to "come out and play".....she had boobs.....first time a girl with boobs had come over asking if my sons could play! I HAD to call my best friend and my sister! "OH MY GOSH, she's GOT BOOBS!" So, I'm very suspicious of this little boy....I think he's scared of me. He has his father come to the door with him and his sister (L is actually friends with the sister, but the brother has the crush for L and she's flattered by the attention. She's a woman, of course she's flattered when a nice looking boy pays attention to her.) But the sister wants L to spend the night and I'm like, "I DON'T THINK SO" in my brain, but say, "I'll have to think about that". Your time is coming and sooner than you think. With those gorgemous eyes, your baby girl is going to be breaking hearts REAL soon! Slap me and tell me it's a dream, that they are both little babies swimming in the pool and learning to doggy-paddle!

Posted by: Carol at July 17, 2006 05:38 PMYou know what Dorothy says "no place like home".
Glad you are home, and thrilled your Mama made you
a sandwich. All foods taste better when made by
someone else.

Yay, Deb - so glad you are back home, safe and sound and eating delicious things. I've been upping my salad intake in your honor and gave blood again last week.
Never would have done those things if it weren't for you!
