Snap, Crackle, Pop

Zoe must be wanting some major present action for her birthday (March 20th) because she's been helping with the housework. She's been extra cheerful. This past weekend she vacuumed and dusted and swept and then helped do four loads of laundry.

Slept a lot today. But I have a paperwork nightmare on my hands so I've been trying to get through it all. Today I just let my mouth rest and didn't put anything on my lips because they are like just beat up. I swear it looks like someone punched me in the mouth.

I lounged in my jammies all day. But tomorrow it's back at the gym. I'm going to try it, but I sure hope that my trainer doesn't make me do too much cardio. I want to strength train and improve my balance.

Ok. I have to go tuck Zoe in to bed.

Here I am with my glossy lips and my Texans jersey.

I can do this. It was a jammie day.

Your assignment is to get a good night's sleep. This daylight savings time is awful.

Deb, for what it's worth, I think you look beautiful in this pic. Your skin looks fantastic and you have a kicking-a$$ glint in your eyes. PS - Lindython was this weekend and the total raised for City of Hope was $170K. My team raised $24K in 35 days. Thanks again for posting the link to me. Blessings!

Aquaphor is what my doctor had me use when I was taking Acutane for my face. The Acutane dries everything out and this stuff (the Aquaphor)worked wonders and is great for all skin issues: "Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy for dry, cracked or irritated skin. Clinically proven to restore smooth, healthy skin" It's made by Eucerin and can be found over the counter. It's also a "skin protectant". You might want to give that a try. Glad to see you're back to "I can do this" again....scares me when you say you can't, but I certainly can relate to the feeling! Love you!

I hope your workout goes well. This time change is kicking my butt. I just want to keep sleeping.

Debbie, I read up about graft vs. host after seeing your sister at the keynote speech at SXSW yesterday. Everyone in the audience had a tear in their eye, and we're all rooting for you. (If you're interested, you can watch the session online once it's posted). I gave your sister a hug later in the evening, and here's one for you. *HUG*. You CAN do it.

Btw, I'm hugely impressed to see you've been blogging since 2003!

Have the medical folks checked to see if the problem in your mouth is thrush???
