Thems Some Lofty Goals, Zkat

Zoe wants to break the bank this year. I'm a little afraid.

San Antonio Light the Night Walk

Houston Light the Night Walk

Austin Light the Night Walk

and for the first time:

Seattle Light the Night Walk

The girl wants to raise nearly $30,000.

Zoe and I have been doing great. Had a wonderful visit with my sweetie, Tim, (yes, he is now officially the debu_sweetie) last week here in San Antonio. He was my eHarmony match. Yeah. I know. It's Zoe's fault. If there is a male version of me, it's Tim. I'm not going into lots of details, but he says

a. The debu_Parade of Losers is over.
b. I'm done kissing frogs; and,
c. He adores me and vice versa.
d. He's taller, romantic, sweet, smart and very handsome.
e. Lives in Seattle, but that's ok. Southwest is my friend.
f. Did I say he absolutely adores me?

Zoe and I are flying up there in a few weeks. My ghostly white skin is very excited about this as it's been near 90's here and I'm so not diggin it. I've never been to Washington, but the pictures are gorgeous. Zoe's already setting aside things to pack. She thinks he's the bomb-diggity. Especially since he has a wii and two daughters her age. I'm nervous but can't wait to see him again. I also will get to visit the very awesome Jeanne, the Assertive Cancer Patient.

Anyway. My life's joys have increased exponentially.

I can do this. My birdtalker is a great matchmaker.

Your assignment today is to keep checking in on us and help me figure out how to make Zoe's crazy fund raising goals happen. It's going to be a fantastic year.

The girl wants to raise nearly $30,000.

Clearly the girl loves her mama. As well she should since her mama's doing such a good job of raising a fine and caring young lady. Good luck and God Bless.

Congratulations on your new sweetie. I hope everything works out. Zoe is definitely her momma's child! I have no doubt that she will do a great job with the fun raising. Good luck!

Hey! I live in WA although about 3 hours from Seattle. It IS beautiful here. You will LOVE it! As for 30,000 bucks...I say the little chickie can do whatever she sets her mind to! You sound wonderful and it's good to read that this morning.
