First Communion
You all can see why I'm not the family photographer (aside from using just my cell phone). There are a few more pictures and she will get a portrait done next week at school. I'm usually just too excited watching to get real photos.
Here's the Zoe we know and love:
It was a lovely day and we had a nice lunch with Zoe's Godparents (Bro #2 and his wife), My SIL's parents, a good friend of the family Miss Bev, her boyfriend and Bro #3 and his son. Mom made a feast and it was so special to me that Dad participated in the mass, even giving Zoe wine.
Zoe: "Mom, it tasted like grape juice, but it was really blooooooooood," she said ghoulishly.
We are just blessed. Wish the rest of my family and the debu_sweetie, Tim, could have joined us, but it still was a wonderful, very special day.
Z' girl is GORGEOUS!! And I know she will be blessed wonderfully, too. "Many sweet days ahead with lots of smiles and abiding joy for all" is the prayer I'm saying for you both!
